By selecting this option at checkout and paying $2.98 upfront, your order qualifies for a return or exchange at no additional cost—we’ll cover shipping and handling. If you do not select this option during checkout, you can still initiate a return or exchange; however, an $11 handling fee will apply to help offset the cost of return shipping and restocking. This fee applies to both refunds and exchanges. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DESO accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or items not in original condition with original tags attached.
Please note we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
All original tags must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging. We do not accept exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
For a return for a refund, please note that we do not refund the original shipping charges or cover return shipping charges. In the event of a return for exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping your exchange shipment to you. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed once we receive your return.
All sales are final on sale items; returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Important Note for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Orders:
Due to platform limitations between Meta and Shopify:
Meta orders can only be returned through our return portal for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Partial refunds cannot be processed—if a return is submitted for a partial refund or is assessed a $11 handling fee, it will not go through and will result in a return error.
Customers must contact our support team to obtain their original Shopify order number, as Meta does not display it—this is required to complete a return through our portal.
