Returns & Exchanges

Deso accepts returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receiving your order. When using our exchange service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 15-day grace period has expired or items which are not in original condition with original tags attached. 

Please note we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

All original tags must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging. We do not accept exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.

Please not that we do not refund the original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, which allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once received.
