Shipping Policy

We offer shipping within the domestic United States and limited international shipping. All shipping is currently through USPS Ground Advantage. If you need rushed overnight shipping, please email service@desosupply.com.

The shipping fee will be adjusted at checkout based on your order's destination. Expedited shipping fees vary depending on location.

We do our best to fulfill orders within 48 hours of receipt, but please note there are exceptions to this time frame, as we are a small team here at DESO.

If a shipment has been sent but not received, the receiving party is responsible for contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided, and we will do our best to assist you.

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation & original packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to service@desosupply.com
