Shipping and Returns
We offer shipping within the domestic United States and limited International. All shipping is currently through USPS Priority. If you need rushed overnight shipping please email email@example.com.
The shipping fee will be adjusted upon checkout based on the destination of your order. Expedited shipping fee's vary depending on location.
We do our best to fulfill orders within 72 hours of receipt of your order, but please note there are exceptions to this time frame as we are a small team here at DESO.
If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.
If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation & original packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
DESO accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or items which are not in original condition with original tags attached.
Please note we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
All original tags must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging. We do not accept exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
In the case of return for refund, please note that we do not refund the original or return shipping charges. In the case of a return for exchange or store credit, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed once received.
All sales are final on sale items; returns are not accepted on sale items under any circumstances.
